ANYONE HAVE PICTURES AND KNOW FOR SURE HOW THIS IS DONE ON THE K8's
http://www.tfriders.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=71
That's how its done for the K7's but the wiring in the ECU HAS CHANGED COLOR CODES.. IF YOU KNOW PLEASE THROW IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE IF YOU DONT PLEASE DONT REPLY ... IF YOU HAVE AN ASSUMPTION PLEASE SAY THIS IS AN ASSUMPTION..

#5 wire on the black plug. I've done it, and many on here have as well.
i used the Yoshimura instructions at this link.

Just installed my full on my K8 750. No FI codes. Removed SET Assembly and O2 valve. Remove SET wire from ECM, pull black plug from ECM, and its the black wire with white stripe. If you pull it straight out its on the upper row #5 from the left. Again, black wire with white stripe.

The #5 wire is for the o2 sensor, NOT the SET valve.
Well per the M4 instructions, its for the SET valve. I removed both my SET valve and O2 sensor so I cant say for sure.

Actually now that I think about it...it IS for the SET valve. When I removed the O2 sensor, the power commander had an eliminator plug for the O2 sensor which basically makes it think the sensor is still connected.

You are incorrect sir.
