If it's just on the water passage it should be fine. It won't see any more pressure than what your radiator cap is rated for.mike i have a hairline crack about an inch long on my intake manifold. it was leaking fluid from there when i would drive it. i put jbweld on it do u think it'll hold for a while? or should i try to have it welded?

its on the front on the water passage. I had recently took off the bolt in the front because i bought a autometer water temp gauge and installed it there. and i guess i overtightened it i thought i hadn't but when i installed it was fine but a few days later the crack appeared its right under the water neck. There's this bolt that goes in under the waterneck almost where the intake manifold meets the blockIf it's just on the water passage it should be fine.
