I bought a set of velocity stacks and received a set for xmas.(sorry corey I had to return one) I put them on my 1000. Unfortunately I put them on myself so I didnt get the bike dynoed before I put them on. I cant give any numbers to show any improvements however I do notice a difference. Down low I dont see one. Above 7000 rpm I can tell a difference. Throughout the range things do seem alot smoother though. There is definitely a pickup at midrange that wasnt there (not that it was lacking) before. These observations may be me but it feels better. Even if I had paid for mine the difference that I feel would have been worth the money. The money could have been spent on something else but for the amount I think it was worth it.

Re: velocity stack / SET Valve test for GIXXER person

I would do a test for a GIXXER.com member -

If there's a bike local to us in North Bay (of San Francisco Bay) and the owner can spend a couple hours here -I'll donate the couple dyno runs.

The SET valve testing would be free.

hey marc... i'm down for the test as soon as i get some time, i'm out in vallejo...

anyone want to sell there used factory pro velocity stacks???
funny thing is if i was to sell my used vstacks i would be selling them for exactly what i paid for them because that is what they are worth.
