Brand New Nissan Altima SE 3.5 Liter V6 6 Speed Manual Transmission w/Sports Package Power Everything, Push Button Start, Sunroof...pretty much everything except leather and navigation.

Very Very Pleased with the new purchase :punk

You may not see then but I sure do...after 4 days of having the car I hit a pebble on the LIE and it cracked my windshield, and i saw a couple little tiny chips in the paint from flying debris on the fuckin Long Island Expressway.

I am now looking for another car for driving into work...I now regret selling the old Nissan...i should have listened to Wonton when he told me to keep it, Oh Wise One :crying

Sweet ride. Wifes wants to get one when her Maxima lease is up in May. If you dont mind me asking.... What was the down payment and whats the monthly? Good Luck, is Deebo getting in the back of this one too?

Deebo hasnt been in this one yet, and I really dont want him in it...I'm so anal about this car, and you can ask Wonton about that...he opened up a candy bar and bottle of soda in the car the other night and I slapped him.

The car was listed at $27,000

My counter offer was $22,000

After some time arguing with the sales manager, we got him down to $22,300

I put down $5,000 cash and chose 5 year financing

I also got the extended warrantee and some bumper to bumper coverage, which going in i said i wouldnt, but it only cost me about +$25/month, so i said fuck it.

My credit is good so I got a pretty good rate.

My payments come out to $425/month, which isnt all that cheap, but well in my range. I'm gonna try and double my payments every month and pay it off early with no pre pay penalty.

The car is great...I really love it, and if you and the wife wanna come by and see it, lemme know when...we can set something up.

If your anal about your car definetly get a beater to drive to work. I bought my 07 Si almost a year ago and its in pretty good condition. But its surprising to see how easily these new cars can get beat up... A beater happened to fall into my lap so thats what i drive to work. Cause the highways leadin into the city will murder your front end with rock chips, especially for you since you have black. Anyway nice car man, hit up autopia.org Its a huge car care forum, everything you need to know to keep that paintjob and car lookin fresh.

What other cars did you look at?
Why did you pick the Altima?

What are all the options that your Altiam has from the factory?
Do you have an audio input (ipod) and a bluetooth integration for cell phones?

I'm in the market for a new daily driver right now and I'm looking at the Infiniti G35x personally.
Same engine and chassis as your Altima I think.:)

My previous car was a 97 Altima and that thing survived all types of shit and abuse...same with my father, he also had a 97 Altima and he got the new Altima a week before i did, and I liked it enough to get my own.

Nissan's are FANTASTIC cars, as well as Infinity obviously, and thats from personal experience.

My car has pretty much everything excpet for leather, navigation and the Bose system.

I do have the Aux for the Ipod.

Its a great car...I was also looking into the G35, but didnt want anything that fancy being that I work construction.

The Altima was perfect for me.

That 3.5 liter V6 is a great motor....i would buy any car that has that motor.

I would have to speculate that the Altima may have the same interior as the G35x, and the G35 may be more similar to the new Altima Coupe...speaking of which...has anyone seen the new Alt 2 Door???

Kinda hot looking...very surprised that I havnt seen them on the road yet.

I was looking into that coupe, but didn't like the way the smaller window flowed with the rest of the car. Tell me what you think about it, cuz I am interested in it.
