So I going to go the the dealer on monday to buy a gsxr 600. I called them on the phone and told them I was looking to pay 9,000 OTD. The guy said he could do it so I went down there today to look at the bikes. I talked to him again and told him I would be back on monday and wouldnt pay more than 9,000 and I told him I didnt wanna come back and hear a bunch of BS about how its too low and they wont make money off it. So what I wanted to know was is 9,000 a good price or should I waste their time and make them lower it more?

remember the 08's are making news already,,08 is here in 3 months,nows the time to buy,,when you go in there just say you want an 08 RIGHT NOW,they obviously dont have it so they have no choice other than to push the leftovers,,dont be enthuzzzed,,be slightly unhappy and i'd bet you end up on a good price...remember the stealership is nothing more than a bunch of thieving pricks,,,its your money,dont let anyone make you spend it other than the way you want to spend it....make em throw a lid in too

A lids a must. I think I will try to go in there and ask a bunch of questions about the 08s to show im not too interested in the 07's and get a better deal that way.

Over here in the UK my Limited edition one should have been £7200 ($14,483) but I got it for £6400 ($12,874) just mad what they can charge lol.
Plus they say it limited edition over here but really it is an American black and blue version with different tail stickers, tinted double bubble screen and engraved york cover.
