Real sorry to hear about this man....But I'm definitely glad you're alright....I'm actually about to post what just happened to me this past Tuesday....I had a guy almost rear end me going about 120mph....I would have been dead!
I'll be posting it in a minute....

Hope you guys take that bitch down in court and sue her for EVERYTHING she owns....

As for her trying to lie about you weaving in and out of traffic...She will have a tough time getting a judge to buy that one since she has already proven to be a liar with her insurance info....

To you and your lady, take it easy....Someone was definitely watching out for the both of you on the 13th....

PEACE

when I got rear ended at a dead stop she was doing 45 she snapped my exhaust in half the right side tab that the rear set bolts on to the frame that tab that is part of the frame snapped off bent my bars tweaked subframe and swing arm. so they totalled it! I saw her car again one day and put a Big pink sticker on her hood that said watch out for motorcycles it was a white car so it stood the fuck out!!!!!!!
I'm surprised no one responded to this one. GREAT story!
I'm thinking of keeping a pile of them in my storage trunk for when people cut me off and dont pay attention. catch up at a red light and put one on their car.

I'd venture to say it was a HaiHai or Cubano. Not being a bigot....just a realist. Most likely the latter because they're f'in annoying, brash, rude, etc etc etc. I'm from Naples so I've seen the "growth" and it's too bad you have to let in the bad with the good.

maybe after this is all done you can get that wet foot/dry foot alien deported
if you ever go to soflasportbikes.com you'll know my take on CUBANS:piss

oh,that really suck what happened....i live in so. fla.motorcycle hell too

I am glad that you and gf are ok. Sucks about everything though. At least you walked away with your lives. Bike is a material object and can be replaced.

Get well my friend.

Miami, Ft.Laud. I swear atleast 90% of drivers here should not have their Lic. Long story short I"m getting off the exit to go right , the street running along the exit has the yield sign. This assclown does not yield and it's me. Gets out and points to his car(no speekee english). So right then and there I write down on a piece of paper the word (yield). And translated in spanish(do you understand this word) sure enough NO FUCKING CLUE,go figure. Anyways glad you both are ok.

If you can't get any cash out of the lady who hit you, go after the state. Its the states responsibility to make sure every registered vehicle on the road has aleast liability insurance. It may take awhile but they usually settle out of court.

Goodluck with recovering both of you! Hope you can sue the irresponsible piece a sh*t

We are allowed to lane split in traffic jams, but when coming to a red light i always split lanes as well.. don't want to be rearended :(

I am about the most tolerant person you'll ever meet, but spend just one week in South Florida and you'll be whistling a different tune. Some people make the surrounding social and economic environment such that you simply cannot maintain objectivity. The word "parasite" come to mind....and this is in reference to any race, gender, creed, or orientation. If you do not have the ambition nor desire to become a productive and contributing member of society, then you will be recognized as such and eventually called out. It's a shame that certain groups develop these labels, but that should be incentive enough to reflect on your behavior and take measures to make a positve change. In this case the lady could have had the simple decency and respect for our laws (not to mention other drivers/riders) and carried insurance, thus saving the OP all the headaches and pain that he had to endure.
It's more than a coincidence that all this went down in SFL and involved a Haitian person. It's an all too common situation down here.

AND HONESTLY......you would know this is true..... "IF" you lived in South Florida. Its very sad but VERY true!! NOW....if the shoe was on the other foot with this lady and i hit her!!!!!.......YOU BET YOU F'N ASS...she'd be suing the SHIT outta me!! Even with the least minimal damage to her car! NOT this time.......law suits down here are as common as changin your undies......ITS BS! If this was a car on car ordeal.....i wouldnt be AS upset....but we could of died, AND put us in the hospital, AND totaled out my bike, AND put us in therapy, AND time outta work.....etc etc, AND she has NO F'in insurance....................NO NO NO! im sorry....pucker you ass up!
