Exactly what I posted yesterday in a diff Thread! How hard can it be? If I had to get new plastics and paint them black to get a Black Gixxer, I'd go and buy a factory colored "Black" bike of a diff brand first.

Also, take a look at the Gixxer 6 colors...they get some great color schemes. Gixxer 1000......NOT!

Millions of dollars go into market research, if suzuki's research team felt that creating an all black bike would net them 10% or so more profit then there would be an all black version. I agree with you guys, an all black bike looks the absolute best...the question is does it promote business? You think we got it rough...you should see the zx-14 in that hideous ass pearl with red LOL!

he has a point, suzuki probably knows that the mojority of there customers that have already bought their bikes are going to stay with them. But there market research is trying to get new customers to buy their bikes. AND apparently THEY NEED MORE FUCKIN MONEY PUT INTO MARKET REASERCH LOL

I would like to see a RACE REPLICA. Ben Spies and Matt Maladin and Suzuki dominate the AMA. Show some race colors of dominance....Oh if you do come out with a race replica have the damn stickers on it already. The Repsol is cool but I hated putting the stickers on and had to guess where some of them went.

not only the all black 1000 but all black 600/750 as well! im in aus and the all black looks fucking great! good luck maybe go to the dealers and tell them to get a hold of suzuki, show them this thread perhaps.

Saw the black/gold and white/silver in person at Laguna this weekend; they look like ass.

They need an all black version, all dark blue (04 blue) with white lettering. Kind of like the 04 600 blue/white one except without the light blue on it. Hell, I even settle for a blue/black one. Now that would be nice.

2008 colors are ugly. I sure hope they fire the person who came up with these color choices.

They have the race colors every year bro....it's always the Blue/white!

What your asking for they did in 2004 and it looked great!

They have to get shut of those ugly Blue/White bikes in some country. Why not the country that pays the least for the bike. In fairness I think that you get the bikes far cheaper than you should, hell I'd buy a Repsol coloured gixxer at the US price and 3 months before any other country outside Japan, then pay for a custom paint job. You can get a K7 for round $10500 check out the uk price the australian price and the european price. If you paid that much for your bikes then you can complain until then, stop moaning. You get the Orange/Black , Yellow/Silver we don't and we pay more, but it would be nice to have the choice. If you don't like it go live in Canada I think they get black K7's, but it'll cost ya:cheers.

Well the color of the bike shouldn't matter too much but I agree that if you are going to spend some hard earned money you should be able to have some choices like in teh 600 series bikes. I've been looking at the GSXR1000 as a replacement for the katana but I want a red 2007...Is it going to be made or are there onyl going to be three choices... Are there any links out there for the 2008 models?

all candy blue here....even the frame and swing arms and shit...make the rims like gun metal and shit too...if you did you be the first, and i would buy 2 bikes just for garage decoration purposes...come on be a lil more creative....how hard can this be? gay ass black and gold..even im not too proud of the silver/white....who's dumb ass idea was it to put silver on the tank cover? would of look better with the fuel tank being all white....

Stop your whinging

OTD price here in Sydney is $19-20K AUD.

A good used K6 is still $15k or more and thats more then what you guys pay OTD.

Technically, we are closer to Japan, so why the fuck do we pay more?

A 1098S is 20K US OTD, were looking at $35K AUD

While I can afford 2 brand new road bikes, I simply dont want to as the prices here are fucked!

Sure you can get a 10R for 15K + On roads, but who the fuck wants one of them?
