Yeah Jabroka has a bid on it...
BTW you need to modify two cam caps (to clear the higher lift), and change springs & retainers for Yosh SUXR327W in order to use stage 2 cams...
You can use Kibblewhites dual spring kit..... the yosh kit doesn't exist anymore.

My Stage 2 cam instruction sheet is completely different than that instruction sheet. It does not say the cam caps have to be modified but my yosh catalogs do say the 94-95 GSXR's do have to be modified to use the Stage 3 cams. I guess I'll see here before long.

Yeah this seller is a good one to watch. He always seems to have a stockpile of yoshi parts for GSXR's, dont know where he is getting them from though.

keethgonz- Mladdins motor builder (hardcore old school rocknroller listens exclusively to classic rock, Japanese citizen, and white dude partner. Don't ever cross the white dude guy, you will never get to buy anything from him again. This mechanic sold enough dry clutch parts to make three motors to a sales rep in florida. Dude was/is heading for bankruptcy on his house, and I am patiently waiting to buy at least one of these from him. This clutch 'wp' clutch was crazy ass expensive in the day, it was technically available to privateers for the small sum of 25k. Magnesium, hub, etc and mag block off plates, required special crank too, so if you see one on ebay, don't get to excited unless it is all there, for there are no replacement parts other than frictions/steel plates.

I agree with the current instruction sheet on the stage 2 cams, the specs seem the same, and I would guess they found out about the 'machining' of the tower the hard way-kaboom.

I recently aquired a set of the Yoshi Cams stage 2 as well for the 750W. The instructions re-iderate the modifying of the cam towers #4-#6. Also besides the required springs, for fear of float-I'd assume? It mentions pistons, something to the effect of valve relief pockets not deep enough. I posted something about this on a thread Jabroke started recently. I would assume you could dremel and file enough clearance w/o adversly effecting the pistons integrity. I'd really like to use these on my 1100 head if possible? Would a 750 head bolt up to my Cylinders? Perhaps I'll snatch one up and get to working on it this summer? If I did, would my header exhaust port spacing change? I don't wanna get into bastardizing my bike.

With the cam lobe spacing different (750 vs 1100) that also means the valves and valve cut outs on the pistons are different so when the valves open they do not open into the cutout areas on the pistons. These cams just require a deeper valve cut out.... you have to modify the stock pistons or use aftermarket pistons that typically have deeper cutouts already.

Thanx for the insight, but that didn't answer my question. I'm easily confused, you have to be specific with me, I'm de-de-deeeee....
Will the 750 head bolt up and work w/ the 1100 engine? I would assume the cam chain might be shorter, what about cam chain alignment? The piston valve relief's are the least of my worries. I just want to make sure, it's possible before I unload these awesome cams - I'm willing to trade them if anyone who has a set of cams for the 1100?

Ok now that I read your post agian I think I see the light. What your saying is it will work: and although the reliefs would be a problem in a stock cam configuration with a direct head swap, in my situation w/ the Yoshi cams, I'd already have to mod the pistons therefore it (kills 2 birds with one stone) would clearance the aggressive valve lift and the offset of the cyl head change.!? Got ya! But cam chain? Exhaust? all the same?
Is the head CC's the same? Will I be bumping static comp. as well? These are all helpfull questions in my quest for the biggest baddest turd on 2 wheels!
