Hey guys, i just picked up a 94 Gixxer 750W and im pretty new to riding and bikes in general. I live up in Canada and just wanted to give everyone a shout. I'm sure i'll be bugging everyone up here quite a bit for advice on how to fix this thing up. Its pretty much a summer project cuz its got a few things that need to get done before i can get it on the road.

Thanks guys, im definately going to take some pics of it tonight when i get home from school. Its got quite a bit of work that needs to be done. I got it from my buddy who just recently slid it on the floor so theres oil leaking from somewhere.

It also needs a new paint job, what colour do you guys think i should paint it? its blood red right now. It also needs a left indicator and the front fairing is cracked along the right side

Hey , think you were on the other night from kanata right? What signal do you need , I have a pair from an 01 Gixxer I could give you, we could probably make them fit. As for paint, you prep the panels, buy the paint and my dad could spray it for you. You should be able to repair the fairing, talk to the guys at fender factory to get supplies up on laperriere. Just slip him $50 for his time and costs and all will be good. Im 15 minutes away from you so I could probably lend you a hand when i don't have the kids.

Bah, anything can be fixed with the right tools and knowhow, as I said , I have a set from an 01, they were the same front and back or you could always get aftermarket if you don't like these ones. As for paint, you should go with what you like for colour, who cares what other people think about it, whatever strikes your fancy.
