What fork oil you guys use #5 or #2.5 for valved forks?

Just valved my GSXR6 forks with goldvalves. Seen I could use 5 or 2.5. I put 5 in.....how about you guys.

Also racetech gave me suggested starting points for my settings....wonder if they are for 5 or 2.5

I do my own, pretty simple, like a motor oil change really.

#5 here also. Recommended to me by the previous owner who also worked for LE for a while.

The thing you have to watch out for with the really light weight fork oil is that you start to lose your low speed adjustments.

It really all depends on your valving. They're inter-related.
