Cool pics but sorry to hear about your buddy. I was at those races too. I must have been up near turn 11 when that happened. Twas a good day of racing. The amateur 600 I think was the best racing of the day. Smack, did you see that 14 year old kid win amateur 600 in convincing fashion? Broke the amateur lap record:eek McCormick is his name and he might go far in road racing, he's pretty good for 14 years old. There was also a girl that was in the 1'12''s.

was this girl on a orange kawi by any chance?

I left after the superbike races so I didn't get to see the amateur 600...

I had a long day ahead of me (ride back home.)

oh yeah by the way, my buddy wasn't the one that crashed, he was the one taking the pictures.

The guy that crashed in the first pic had grey hair, I'm not sure who he was but props to him for walking away from that!

that is terrible. at a track day in june we had an R1 go yard-a-pult as well. hysterical but horrible. what is amazing is the fact that sometimes you get away with a low side and sometimes, well, the pic says it all.
