Guys, let me apologize for breaking one of the cardinal rules.

"Not calling someone to let them know that I am not going to make it."

But I did not stop drinking until 3:45 am, and didn't get back to Em's house till around 4:15. I did set the alarm, but she reached over and shut it off when it went off at 6:30. I managed to get up, but walked right to the toilet ball were we got very intimate. :drool . Took 5 Advil, drank about a gallon of water and went back to sleep till around 4:30pm. :sleep

Again sorry for not calling. I deserve a kick to the forehead. But it was best that I did not even sit on the bike today, let alone go for a normal Sunday ride. :nono

Looking towards next weeks ride.
Thats it, you're cut....you and Jarred are riding alone next weekend...you can start your own crew, Da Fronting RiderZ.

Have fun suckas!!!

i want to apologize to everyone for my oral gymnastics display sunday morning at dunkin donuts, i am sure no one needed to see that. i was hoping the ride out there with frankie would make me feel better, but it only made me feel worse.

i wound up heading out at about 1pm by myself, then met up with eddie and some of his boys. led them through nissequogue and belle terre, and really scrubbed in the new tires.

keith, you were correct, these tires are gonna get me in trouble. they have more grip after 70 miles than my pilot powers ever did.

I was late I missed the show, I thought I might catch the second act on the ride out but no such luck:lol Only joking. I'm glad you're feeling better:punk You will get use to these tires pretty quick I don't know if they are shorter than the PP's Friankie was telling me you thought they turned in slower. Raising the pressure to 34-32 will help that(turn in) and the grip will stay the same. I'm going back to that pressure myself.

yeah, the turn in is a little slower, and going from full lean to full lean requires a little more effort, but the trade-off for the increase in grip is well worth it. this is at the same pressures as my pilot powers were.

now that they are scrubed in, i am gonna play around with the pressures and see what happens. i will raise the front pressure up a little, but i really like the rear at 32 so far.

i beat the piss out of it yesterday going through nissequogue and belle terre, and not once did i get it to spin, whereas my pilot power would have been slipping and sliding the whole time.

2nd...what'd i do now?? what ride did i "front on" this time? or u talkin about the dinner get together? cuz if u are...i kept in touch with Ant about that from the start sayin i was down but i had to see if i coudl get outta work early....unfortunately, the earleiest plane i got had a 7:20 departure and once it left, i coudla left....but as always...shit happens and the plane had some issues and didn't leave till 8:15 and i wasn't at the parkin lot till 8:30 when i called Ant. at that point u guys jsut started eatin....about 20 min later i got a voicemail form Ant sayin some guys were breakin out and it would been pointless for me to go out there considerin i jsut had crossed the Holland tunel and still woulda had a 30-40 min ride out there. I wanted to be there but unfortunely work had its priorities!

johny was sitting right across from me every time you called jared, so he knew you were trying to get out to us. i think he still holds a grudge from the mother's day ride when we rode out of our way to meet up with you, and you dicked us over.

sorry about not meeting up with you yesterday ant. but i was sooo fucking tired :sleep. i havent been sleeping much all week and it finally caught up to me. i was sitting at my friend's house and i just couldnt motivate myself to get up to do anythihng. finally i went home and passed out at about 6:30pm and didnt wake up until 630 am :biggrin . feeling much better now.

no troubles at all chris, don't worry about it. we stayed out for a few hours, had some fun, and then called it a day.

i just changed to the pirelli diablo corsas from the michelin pilot powers. the grip is better, the feedback is better, but the steering is a little slower (which could be due to the pressures i am running). imo they are a better tire than the pilot powers, but i can tell i am not gonna get much life out of them. i don't expect more than 3000 miles or so.

we do some rides up by you when we go to bear mountain, but we have had some bad experiences with newer riders up there in the past.

What is your riding back ground? Some Sundays I go out for easy rides when I've been worn down by lifes little joys:D and I don't have the concentration for a full game on ride. Anthony you hooking up with Frankie tonight? He is suppose to give me a number for a swap were gona do. He knows what it's about.
