Jesus guys! What's with all the friggin "squid" posts? Look at your post counts "alexandergsxr", you ain't got any room to talk so shut the hell up!
Some of you guys are telling me that you've never wanted to do a wheelie on your bike or you never have done one? I call BS on that! It's an awesome bike, they all are. Yeah all sport bikes are made for track use! So we all know that. Hence the slogan "own the racetrack", jeese and that's coming from the manufacturer! reality of it is is that there are how many sportbikes in the US and the World even? How many of these do you think are used on the track?
You call him a squid if you want, hell call me a squid, call all of us that do a wheelie a squid. I could give a damn! Your calling yourself one too a-hole. You don't need to sell your bike to buy an older one and learn how to wheelie on it. You don't even need to buy sprockets to do them. Practice on the bike, get comfortable with the bike, learn how to do one without popping the clutch and learn to control the bike. Once you know how the bike is going to respond and how fast it's gonna come up, find your balance point, and work on throttle control. Once you can control the bike, then screw with clutching it if it's really that important to you.
I haven't ridden a 750, so I only know a 1k. you might have to bounce it a little in 2nd to get it up without clutching. Do the throttle snap like previously explained.
Good luck-
Don't pay attention to flamers, they have low self esteems and nothing better to do with their time. I guess this is the only way they can feel better about themselves!
