Hey was wondering if anyone knew what the rear axle should be torqued at...dealer said something like 150 lbs. but that didn't sound right.:confused :cursing

Tell your dealer he is a fucking idiot, and you want him to pay for your new wheel bearings, when you tighten it to that spec.
Rear axle nut is 72.5 ftlbs, and if the cotter pins hole dont line up, LOOSEN the nut to the nearest hole.

no, actually i have mine printed out and in a three ring binder. After i scanned the original copies, i put them on ebay and sold them. Now it is saved on my computer. If i get grease on it, i print out that page again

Becareful how you say that.... Suzuki doesnt like people selling their manuals and them not profitting off it. They could get you for copyright infringement. Your stopping their royalties..Jimmy 2 Times said:

what i did was buy the oem service manual, copied (as you are legally aloud to make a back up copy for your own personal use) then put them to a PDF file, and pritned them out. I then sold the origianl manual. I did not want to destroy an expensive copy of the manual with grease oil or other shit.
Hell, i paid $75 for it, and sold it on ebay for about $35, so it wasn't for a profit. I am not stopping royalties. and i am not promoting piracy. I have posted pages to help others out 1000000 of times like i said

Well I did donate my $10 for the Red R...but from what I understand is that you don't get the R for like 6-8 weeks is does go for the manuals too??
