Just curious, I have a single sided swing arm on the way, I am going to modify it to bolt directly on to the oil cooled frame, wanted to know if any body would want it...

Re: Would anyone be interested ina single-side-swing arm for the 88-92 750, or 89-92 1100

KJ1,

What swingarm are you using? I have seen
streetfighters done using a vfr 750 one, it meant
to be a fairly easy transplant (if you can look
past the honda parts). As always show us pics...

Are you trying to get rid of the Honda swingarm? What size is the rear wheel? Sounds like it will be a pretty sweet mod when your done.

errr...I don't have a Honda swing arm, I picked up a 996 swing arm for cheap minus the hub, I am not putting this on my bike, just going to use my frame as a reference point for setting it up for an oil-cooled gsxr, if it works out well I thought I would offer it up here first...I am on the look out for a Honda VFR swing as well to try it with that arm. I chose the Duc arm as it is shorter than the VFR arm...
FastCat the set up could be much lighter than a stock set up with the addtion of a Marchesini rear wheel, soemthing you don't want to do...as soon as the arem arrives I will weigh it and post up the specs on it...
