I recently started repairing my brother's 08 gsxr600 because the guy who said would fix it just started mess it all up so now I'm stuck replacing stuff that was takin. So if anyone know what this wire connects to I would be very grateful

What are the colors of the leads that run to that connector? They will tell all.

Two contacts?

Orange with white stripe and brown I believe I'll have to check to make sure

That's probably for the carbon canister purge control valve. It's only used on E-33 (Calif.) models. It's leads are O/W and Dbr (dark brown).

OK so I don't need it lol cause I've been having problems starting the bike

There's nowhere to plug it in if you don't have an E-33 model.
