I'm having some issues with getting my front tire off the ground, just bought a used 07 gixxer it has 26k miles on it, it seems to be rugged on power in first gear I can't get the front tire off the ground from a rolling start it just accelerates, in 2nd gear if I ride the clutch and them pop it the rear tire just goes into a rolling burnout in my opinion I feel like the throttle response is off compared to my old R6 which would pop the front tire up like a ping pong ball off a paddle, any advice on tuning to increase my throttle response or fixes to my issues at hamd.

Rev the engine to 12,000 RPM's and dump the clutch. You may need to adjust the RPM's up/down to get it just right. If it still wont wheelie, rev higher and if you twelve o'clock, rev it less. Repeat till you get it right or until you need a new clutch or bike is too damaged to continue. Also, make sure the wheelie/no wheelie switch is set to off.

Tried leaning back more he'll I even damn near on the back seat even dumped the clutch at high rpms, 9-12k in 1st and barely got the front tire up maybe 3 or 4 inches but went right back down, but a majority of the time the rear tire just slips it won't even power wheelie in 1st, I did realize though that there is a lot of twist in the throttle my hand is almost pointing back at me at WOT are their any aftermarket throttle tubes that can correct this issue as well

It's been a while but I believe it is fixed with an R1/R6 throttle tube replacement, search as there are many threads about this.

A little more weight over the rear end helps. This is a pic of when I was first mastering wheelies back in the 80s :cheers

Love the pics and I am actually not new to doing wheelies thanks though for making me feel young again haha I'm just new to this bike and I can tell there are some issues with it, it's going to get a little overhaul on my days off new oil new coolant new plugs was thinking of running some amsoil injector cleaner too has anyone done this and does it help?

Injector cleaner is pretty much useless. If you want to clean them, take them off and clean them while using a 12v source to pulse them, or send it to a professional who will properly clean it and flow-match it.
Spark plugs, oil, checking the air filter, and checking the valve clearance is all a good start

Many like sea foam for cleaning the fuel system. Just be sure to read and follow the instructions. Too many dump the whole bottle in which treats 18-22 gallons, same for any fuel system cleaner. They can help but don't expect a miracle as sometimes a professional cleaning is needed.
