Hey guys... another tech question. I tried doing a search for this but didn't come up with relevant results...

Anyway, what is adjusted/replaced exactly when the shop rejets your bike for your aftermarket exhaust. I was just curious because I don't want to maintain anything by myself that may conflict with my bike being have rejetted. Thanks bros (and sistas too who are riders and know there ish)!

I believe it is replacing or adjusting your jets for your "carbourated" bike meaning the injectors so when you get a full exhaust or something, you need what's going in your engine (fuel, air,etc...)to compensate for what's going out. Make sense? Eh, where at you from in milpas? what color bike?

Jetting is changing the size of the opening where fuel dumps into the carbs and gets mixed with air. By changing the jets, you change the fuel/air ratio to compensate for a 'better breathing' engine, which a K&N and full exhaust will get you.
