I put my bike in the rear stand and when i roll the tire in netural i hear a clicking sound not too hard but really faint.. is it normal? also when it comes to a stop and you can hear a little bit of metal on metal... not harsh but subtle.. you can def. hear it if you rolled the tire and when it stops the metal on metal is what's stopping it... any ideas? or how i can fix it? i was thinking it could be a warped rear rotor but not too sure.. I wish i had some expert to listen to it!

Thanks,

just roll your rear wheel while looking at the rotor and see if it bends

the clicking noise is prob just the chain

I'd bet it's the chain rollers when they're coming in contact with the sprockets. It's typical of worn chains. Are your sprockets aluminum also? or stock? Aluminum sprockets wear fast and can also be the cause of this too. Which also would wear a chain quicker...
