I have a specific setup here thst a working 2002 or 2003 ecm would fix. I have a stepper motor stva actuator and not the servo moto. So to make it fix the c28. Need a 2002 or 2003 ecm thst will communicate with the stepper motor. Would like to swap parts. escpecislly if anyone is local around Wilmington nc or topsail island .
