I posted a thread about a week ago about my bike running like it was starving for fuel. I thought it was a vacuum problem but after checking everything turns out my fuel petcock valve was stuck open and constantly flowing fuel. Flooded 2 carbs and put fuel in my oil. I bought a new valve from ron ayers for $48 shipped ($61 local). I had to drain my oil twice and a new filter due to the gas getting into the oil. So do you think everything will be ok now that i drained the oil twice? Im thinking of draining it again. I didnt run it much with fuel in the oil. Any other recommendations? Thanks for any and all help.

No remember that gas will evaporate when left out.. you should be able to to drain it and leave it empty over night... BUT if you can I would take the clutch out and soak the plates in oil by it self. That way you can get most of the gas (if any got on it) out of it..
