yep as migz said 36psi front and rear ,as for which is the best tyre....it all about personal choice and riding style really
i havent used them but i've heard good things about the dunlop 208
i dont know if your running a 180 or 190 on the rear but most opt for a 180 for a quicker turn in

I use BT010's an find them to be very good for all purpose type riding , great street tyres an goodish track tyres ,bonus is relative to the high end metzelers or michelins they are cheaper as well.

cheers

Metzler Sportec M-1's

Run them at 31 - 33 psi, and run a 180 on the back

+13mm at the back, and -10MM at the front - turns like a mofo

I ran 207's for the longest time, but the Sportecs are a revelation....

Oh - I also got re-valved forks, and a "works" shock, and its a great combo

I was one of mine..
PM me if you want more info about it...
Dont forget to service the shock or you will ruin it in the long run.

It feels way too firm at (very) slow speed - its horrible when I am entering or leaving my sppt complex for instance - the speed bumps jar me.

I was very carefull to set the sag, and it has proven to be a huge leap over stock, it was realy close "straight from Hammer", so I hardly needed to do anything.

As for servicing - tell me what I need to do.....

They say you should service it ever 6K - 10K miles... It is cheap for me to do it.. You take it out, bring it (or ship it) to me and I think it costs like 50 bucks... This would be new oil, clean it, and recharge it.. It just keeps it from wearing out the shock...

How much do you wiegh?? Maybe the spring is to stiff for you... Also, I have a Works shock in mine (it isnt a re-valve like yours, but it has the same valving in it), and i am going to soften the high speed compression by 10%. This is the valve that is used when you hit things like PotHoles and speed bumbs... So if it is a real problem let me know, and I will see about changing it to fit you better..
