Turbo headers 05-06

There offset like that so the smaller (than inlet )exhaust housing is at the balancer bulge, I think its about best fit for a 1000 with mid size turbo aiming for wheel clearance , one i made for my own bike ended up very similar for same reasons

. That exactly ,headers I have had 2860r which is small turbo potato turbo so it fit I have modify TTOD to big needs to be angle and lowered and in center.I bought headers from a friend he made good hp 22psi so he had boost up.I can get that turbo but have to much in.TTOD and had the motor built around that 63AR over 50AR I have to redo that whole header or fine some .TTOD still give me room compare gt30 not as strong but should do the job for what I want.Thanks

I think Hahn still makes a 1000 kit. I have had their header on my 1000 for over 10 years. Never had any problems with it. It is ceramic coated, and has held up nicely. It is probably one of the few original pieces from the Hahn kit left on my turbo bike. :cheers

...........The ones I seen so far they sale kit won't sale headers alone.I have most of turbo kit just need headers and plumbing turbo to pentinum motor been built 8.5:1 headers main thing holding me up.I have set Velocity headers for 01-04 but they are so hard to deal with and I havnt talk to them they charge like $700.00 cheaper than BCC but I don't know how much for 06 is but last resort I will go to them 6 weeks get something from them but I will check with Hahn but I think I did before just kit they sale.

Ok all this time 05-06 heads the turbo headers 01-04 will work.I just keep my velocity header put T3 flange and it all good save me lot money..

Big CC offset the header to avoid the balancer shaft knuckle & the radiator sits back in stock position & it gravity drains. If you centrally fit the turbo it pushes the rad forwards or becomes too low or your using something probably too small.

Big CC headers are not sold separately so if you were offered some you were lucky
