That blue and crazily stretched Busa on the first page is one of the meanest motorcycles I've ever laid eyes on. Nice article too man.

One more thing, they say the fastest time on a Gixxer 1000 is only 8.5? ONLY?? I thought there might have been slightly faster times than that.

I am the writer of that article and I dont recall making mention of a 1000 1/4 mile times in it.

Can you point me to what you are talking about so I can check it out?

Don, if you look at the article in the link...above the blue stretched Busa...kind of looks like a ticket that says "Velocity Racing." That ticket has stats on it where it mentions
"Quickest GSX-R 1000 [email protected] 162 mph."
