My triple trees where lowered be the previous owner, and I was wondering how to get them raised back to stock. Any help? I am sure it's something simple, but as a squid
I will make no assumptions.

Thanks Guys

It's simple but watch for details... start from the bottom and work your way up loosening the clamp bolts. Don't turn them all the way out, a little at the time. Pick the front end by the clip-ons, and rock (gently) the bike to the sides until the fork tubes are free, then pick the front end and raise it to your spec. Make sure that both tubes are at the same height though, this could put you in a serious spot while turning. Then tighthen and torque everything...
At least this is how I do the bikes over here.

above sounds good, but sometimes it can be difficult to convince the frame to go against gravity.....

in this case, get a scissor jack (4-½" height) and a shim of wood......next jack the front end up VERY slowly (best done with a rear stand) at a same spot under the exhaust (watch out for the drain plug!!)

this should raise the bike up enuf to drop down thru the tubes...

get it??
