Here are the parts that seem unnecessary to me:
-Headlight-mirrors
-heel rests
-rear seat
-turn signals
-rear fender
-airbox
-tank (replace with gas-filled camelback)
-front wheel (you should be wheeling anyway)
-forks
-handlebars
- radiator (you should be going fast enough to air-cool, plus the lack of front wheel increases ventillation)
- exhaust (its just wasting weight)

am i missing anything?

Well, you forgot to remove the speedo and tach and stuff... and if you're taking the radiator out anyway, you certainly don't need that water-pump. You can also take a hacksaw to that sub-frame where the back used to be, and then on the parts remaining, you need to drill as many large holes as you can.

Fred has a good option too! Take off your fairings and replace them with egg cartons. Also headers and cans are for pussies. that is alot of weight to get rid of
He loves that stuff

Plus the flames shooting out the front of the engine are sweet!!! Also, no more cleaning and servicing those pesky muffler bearings.

Don't forget that if your wheelying you don't really need the rear shock, just yank it out and bolt the swingarm in place. Hacksaw off any swingarm braces you have too, they are just there to look cool. Don't forget to drill holes in your rims cause that's rotating mass! Oh yea, and I can't believe that no one mentioned filling the tire with helium instead of air, definately much lighter.
