Looking to pick up a 600 that I can dedicate to the track for this next year and was curious as to when most people see the lowest prices for bikes? Winter? Spring? Thanks.

Winter! The least desireable time to ride is the best time to buy.

i live in the NW and there has been SOO many good deals around here for cheap track/race/street bikes. our riding season is over and racing season ended about 3 weeks ago.

Here in VA, its as soon as the weather breaks. As soon as that first cold week comes, the used and new prices drop. Or the dealer gives great incentives.

Thanks all. The responses are pretty much whatt I was thinking. After doing a track day this fall I've been looking into getting a track only bike. Anyone know about how a CBR 600 F3 would hold up to track abuse. I've found a couple for $1600 and one for $2300 and thinking about getting one of them depending on their conditions. Thanks

Now. Dealers need to clear out showrooms and make room for the '07's.

f3s are good track bikes, id pick one up for sure for those prices dude.. and youll be better off buying a bike already set of for track use, its far cheaper..
