I removed my excva recently an was OK for a little bit then it threw off my STPS & STVA by opening the sensor ground wire. I found this by using a multimeter audible continuity test. So I did assembled the excva casing and wrapped it in electrical tape and spray adhesive (can cut with razor but helps with heat flux) spray adhesive only the outside tape after taping. I did this for weight reduction. Haha now I am going to test the voltage and resistence of the stps and stva. Stps was putting out over 5 before. The stva is opening up too much an fluttering an then some times won't let me over 3-8 rpm. I'm gonna check the two sensors in the morning. If all is well adjust the stps and home for the best. Please feed back is all appreciated

First, the EXVA and STVA are similar, but completely unrelated systems. If you did the EXVA removal properly, it shouldn't have done anything to the STVA system. I think you're not giving us the whole story here... Did you ever remove the STVA or STPS?

I haven't even touched the stva at all and I haven't done anything but test the resistence and continuity on the stps. When the excva was disconnected the b/br wire to it'd terminal didn't have continuity. After plugging in my way. It did.

You've got busted ground then. Almost all the components share the same ground. Doesn't mean they're connected.

No, the sensor is analog.
So I figured out what the issue was. The yoshimura manual was wrong. It calls for you to remove the 5th pin from 34, which is a B/Br pin that is actually a sensor ground as well as the 6th pin from 34, I re grounded the manual called for and its a C-00 code now.
