120/70-ZR-17 front
Tires Rear: 190/50-ZR-17

this is for a 1995 GSX-R 750 i know its not the stock size but would this hinder handling?

reason i ask is cause i can get a pair cheap.

Front is going to be fine, but your going to have some clearance problems with the 190 rear.

the 190 rear is to wide for the stock rim on my 600 so it makes it arch to much and I think it was a big facter in some handling issues I was having.

Physically it will fit with a slight chain rub with real low pressure on the older swingarm but I dont think youll have that problem with the braced one.

Its too wide for your 5.5" rim on the rear. You need a 6-6.25" rim.

On your 750 the rear 190 will fit without any rubbing problems. Unless your racing your bike, on the street you won't notice a major handling difference. Actually, a few guys I ride with like the 190 for street riding better. Try it out for yourself.

Yeah, unfortunately the 190's don't get so happy being crunched onto a 5.5" rim. Hey, radials are fussy buggers, but sure do deliver
