to me my 86 gsxr 750 the chain is way to close to the swingarm, and the guy who had it befor me must have had its soo loose cause you can see where the chain scraped the swingarm... any of you know why it looks to close ...

Do you mean too close horizontally or vertically? If it is vertically then you need to tighten the chain to spec or if you cannot then the chain has stretched and yu need a new one.
