Hello,
I'm having the following question.
I have changed front springs based on my weight from ohlins and have rebuild the oem suspension. After setting the sag correct, under heavy breaking my suspension has around 1cm-1,5cm before bottoming out. As my understanding goes it's a bit soft. What do i need to change in order to have more travel? Currently my compression is +2.5 turns from soft.

It sounds like you are on the right track. Add more compression damping. Start with one full turn. Sag has an acceptable range so possibly increasing the preload would be another fix. Just do one thing at a time. You are close.

"Compression 2.5 + turns from soft" is this your Spring Pre load ? Or your Compression Dampening ?
I interpret this as Spring Preload, adjustment from 0, H -to- 5, S.
When the Workshop Manual describes "Dampening" It says "Clicks Out ,anti clock wise, from "0", H (Hard)
Did your Ohlins Springs come with any washer type spacers for preload ? Did you use the STD oil height ?
Does your Ohlins Spring Supplier offer any Tech Support ? Ask ?
I would rather have my preload setting at around 4th mark out, near softest setting with new springs.
In your case you could try subtracting 10mm to your fork oil level, If STD height is used ( More Oil ).

Thanks for your reply, Spring Pre load has been set correctly, the ohlins springs came alone without any washers and the sag has been set correctly. What i am reffering to is this "button", compression damping. I don't know what the nut does though so i haven't changed that at all.
