2009 gsxr 1000 with bmc race filter, yosh r77 slip and power commander. Motomummy preloaded map. Bike starts runs and has no issues with tons of power. Once bike warms up at idle (180+ degrees) and sits a minute or two the idle will slightly surge up and down. Never stalls or anything just a 100-150 rpm surge like a cammed car.

Ideas? Should I go have bike put on dyno and tuned?

Could it be from not doing the pair valve block off or marble mod on the hose off the airbox?

When it was installed, was the TPS zeroed and the PC calibrated with both 0 and WOT positions?

I did not do either of those when I installed. Never had an issue with any of my old gixxers I installed same mods on. How do I go about these?

Had the same problem with the BMC and R77 slipon. Mixture was to lean. You can easly adjust that in the pc5, I did not had a pc5 at the time so it was done in the ECU with the use of Yoshibox on the dyno.

Will dyno mine in 2 weeks from now. Got full system now so need a custom map.
