i know most guys actually put another cable for their rear brakes above the clutch lever so when they are pulling high chair wheelies if they go to far back they can still save themselves and not eat shit, also alot put on 12 o'clock bars basically a steel plate that bolts to the frame that extends out past the tail section so the bike cant stand straight up on it while supporting itself as well as not damaging the tail, and also most importantly a crash cage. :cheers hopefully that helps some

Full list of mods:
Crash cage
Subcage (replaced passenger pegs)
12 bar our round bar
extended idle cable
clean air mod
rear handbrake setup
larger rear sprocket
after market clipons to accomidate for rear handbrake
Easy pull clutch perch (RSC is the best brand)

This is pretty much the basic list of mods you'd have to do in order to fully setup your bike!

Most guys don't mess with thier suspension for stunting but some do.

We usually put the handbrake under the clutch and runan 80 inch braided brake line to a second rear caliper on the rear disc! also aside from denting the gas tank we put a hole in the rear seat for our feet! Theres a lot more to a stuntbike than a big sprocket and a dented tank!

I'm asking more out of curiosity, but that definitly clears things up. Besides crash cages and 12 oclock bars I thought they were just thrashers. What about internally? Anything to the engine? And I'm guessing you have to remove the tilt sensor?

Nope some bikes you need to remove the tip sensor but i didn't to mine. Most stunters do very little to the engine. Some models and year bikes require an oil pickup because when in a wheelie the oil pickup is higher than the level of oil in the pan.

A lot of people have a misconception that stuntbikes are just piles of shit, some are but for the most part they are carefully put together machines with purpose built parts. Some parts that are factory used for making bikes lighter arent nessecary so most stunt riders take them off. If a guy wanted to go out and put together the best possible combination of stunt parts and equipment. You could spend upward of $3000-$4000 just on parts alone. Me personally I have $2100 into mine in just stunt specific parts alone!
