Anyone encounter a sticky shift lever?

My 04 600 warms up fine but after an hour of riding, the shift lever get sticky. It'll just get stuck in the up or down position.

After it cools down, all is fine again until the bike heats up again..

r u talking about the shift lever or the clutch lever itself on the clip on?

no cables to the shift lever (foot)

if your clutch is getting hott it'll get harder to pull and can get stuck in places. when its cooled and sitting in your garage, or what ever, wiggle it and see if it has a bit of "freeplay" before it actually starts to pull and disengage the clutch. You don't want it real tight sitting there from the minute you first pull on it.

Sorry guys, am talking about the shift lever at your left foot. Apparently the bearing at the shift rod linkage has seized. (Satos)

Have emailed Dan from KyleUSA for replacement.

Thanks
