I shipped a 91 1100 via Fed Ex 165.00. Due to size FedEx is the only one that ships that size. UPS,USPS won't its to big. In the states you can ship with Ground Trucking Companies.

It's actually possible to ship by usps as an outside parcel. I shipped a 91 fzr frame this way, I'm not sure if the gsxr frame is way larger or not. If you can find a post office to do it, thats the way to go. Shipped my fzr frame for like $40.00 including insurance. You have to find a post office with a big enough scale to weigh it, as most rural post offices don't.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">For ours with the subframe welded on it is to large for USPS or UPS. For Me being in Alaska FexEx was the only way. I'd check with the Ground Trucking Companies. Cost me 250.00 to ship a spare 1127 engine by air!
