hey i'm pretty new to this,but can i expect any improvements replacing stock coils only,or i'd better remap the whole thing?
how can i get power at lows and middles?
consider i'm only using my '88 1100 on winding roads up here in europe

If you're going to the Dyna coils, you'll get better power to the spark plug. It's your plugs making the sparks.

Unless Europe got a fuel injected '88, you can't re-map. But you can "re-jet" the carbs. Proper jetting will get the most of a motor.

how can i get power at lows and middles?

An after-market exhaust, air cleaners and JETTING should do that for you.
