Recommended Motorcycle Mechanic/Tuner in Seattle?

Hi,
My GSXR 1100WR is running rough and likely needing carb cleaning, tuning, etc. to get back in shape. There are lots of bike mechanics, but not many who really know how to dial in carbs just right. Any recommendations?
