I'm trying to adjust my rear suspension, and I can't seem to get the MotionPro wrench down in there to loosen the lock collar. Could there be something wrong with the shock--i.e. replacement/damage--that would cause the collars to be sitting low behind the swingarm. Or do I just need to go and buy the OEM adjuster wrench from the dealership? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I'm more than a tad confused :dunno

Spray some lubrication on it first. A long screw driver and hammer works better after you have let some penetrating oil soak on it first.

Thanks for the advice... I might still pick up the suzuki tool, but I'm sure between the oil, hammer, screwdriver and the right 'incantations' I can make some progress...if not..then my spare shock may not be my spare anymore...:biggrin
