geez, thats a gorgeous bike right there.. got more pics

if anything its an international edition, but 2000?

might be something to it they list the colors as Blue/white, blue/yellow, red/black.. maybe it is special somehow?

either way nice and clean, real nice.. is it one of those late 2000 FI models?

sure is nice, are the blue wheels stock?

man, I agree on polishing the frame, mine is polished and I don't like it one bit, destroys the originality of the bike, they have such nice extruded aluminum I like stock frames no powder coating..

maybe detail it with warm soapy water and a little simple green? soft to medium bristles.. it will look a lot better clean and maintain the integrity, its a nice old bike, the closer to stock you maintain it the more valuable its going to be worth, especially if it is a limited or special edition color..

the blck/blu 2002 Hayabusa was prolly modeled after that color scheme.. very nice indeed

if it was mine I would go through it and replace any iffy nuts bolts grommets and components with new from ronayers, you can even get a new clock bezel for liek $60 makes it look brand new.. did that to mine, took me ten years but everything is bone stock as it should be off the floor save the body work, has all good celan new fasteners and grommets but the plastic needs to be painted, my next move.. just gotta do it is all then it will be nice save that danred polished frame, its ruined for life, can never go back..

best I can do is find a good clean frame, I keep my eye out, was considering powder coating it black? I so like that clean aluminum look tho..

real nice SRAD there, get it running 100% and its a real fun bike, reliable bike, I'd go over and address the known defects, should be stickied here..
