i am currently running 9mm of shims in the rear and i love the way the bike comes out of the corners at speed and have pretty good turn in, i was wondering if i should have bring the frt of the bike down 5mm of so or should i be raised 5mm i read a post by someone that said to raise the frt(lower tubes in clamps) if you add alot of hieght to the rear or should i lower the clamps in the tubes???

If you don't have problems with stability don't raise the front... You could try lowering it in small increments to further enhance handling - just back off if it feels unstable.

do you think i should start off with lowering it 5mm? they are at stock height 5mm tube above clamps as of right now

Yeah, 5mm is a good increment - then you can always give it 5mm more if you feel like it
