I recently did an oil change about 200 miles ago on my 2003 gsxr 600 and used Honda gnf 10w 30 FJ oil. This is what the dealer gave me and i just wanted to make sure it is ok to run the "fj" in the bike. It seems fine but i dont know what the fj stands for so i figure id ask. Thanks Guys!

Never heard of it. Look on the back of the bottle, if it has a JASO-MA rating you should be fine.
