Is it possible to take this nut off without a air gun? has anyone takin this bolt out...i know people with race railz have. let me know thanks

Yeah, I had a difficult time breaking mine free at first. I borrowed a 2.5ft breaker bar from my neighbor and it made quick work of it.

I had to get some help, alot bigger guy then me.

it was easy. a screwdriver on 1 end and a socket wrench on the other

I used a socket on each end, and mine wouldnt budge. I had 2 14mm sockets and 2 3/8 socket wrenches and couldnt get it to loosen. I used the aforementioned breaker bar and got it loose. I thought it was odd as the bolt is only suppose to be torqued to 50ftlbs.

Just be careful when U put the bolt they supply for the long bolt, mine snapped tightning it. It was of very weak grade metal, Had to go to Lowes and get a better bolt

The bolt they supplied is a Grade 1 bolt, I wouldn't say its weak but damn man I torqued mine to 50 without a problem.

well I torqued mine to what the bolt that was in there......didnt work out to well

lol, yeah I had to muscle the old bolt out .... but the service manual said its only suppose to be torqued to 50. I have checked all the bolts every few days or so.

screwdriver? its a hex head....:confused

i would be very worried if it was easy also...it shouldn't be.
