Problems with 97' 750 carb rebuild

Long time lurker, first time posting..
So I'm in the process of rebuilding the carbs for a 97' 750 project I've been working on; during that process I've been battling with them the entire time. From stripping carb cap screws to the float screws and even jets, it's been a b*tch. The problem I'm stuck on now is I had to drill out one of the air pilot jets (below slide on intake side) to remove it, figuring I'd be able to source a replacement by the time I finished cleaning them; only I can't. Part number is 09492-25013. I even bought a factory pro kit on ebay hoping that they'd be included, no dice. If anyone would be gracious enough to point me in the right direction or maybe suggest an alternative solution I'd be grateful. Thanks 🏍

First you have to start with proper phillips head. J.A.P is the head you need.
Try Sudco racing. 310)637-8330
You could also put a set of flat slide carbs on and it’ll rip!

I'm aware I don't have the correct philips, I'm working with the tools I have at my disposal as money is a tight.. I've heard of these flat slide carbs, they're also made by mikuni right? Again I'd like to stress that my wallet is very modest at the moment. I know a replacement rack for this bike is in the upwards of $300.. All I need is one jet here guys, someone has to know where the honey pot is :)

Could also reach out to ccmhunt's email.
With all due respect to the carb God himself, for better or worse I work on all my vehicles myself. Not like I have anyone to show me the ropes, gotta learn myself if I aspire to one day be proficient.
or find another rack in better shape? a donor carb?

so you drilled and re-tapped the pilot jet? jets are everywhere for these carbs, the bay, mzon, cv performance, factory pro, a simple google search they show up all over in all sizes, one of the easiest things to get for this bike
Yes drilled but retapped no. What I do is drill out the center of the stuck bolt/screw/jet to relieve the tension on the threads. That then enables me to twist it out by means of a pick or flathead. The pilot air jet, intake side of carb below the slide. It's the small one. I already considered the donor theory, this 750 project is a upgrade from the 600 I was riding. Checked the 600 carbs (99 model) and the pilot air jet is different, smdh.
Did you call sudco for the jet? That’s why I gave you the number.

I apologize, I didn't realize that was a number for them. I'll give them a call tomorrow and then update yall. Thanks again everyone

🤷🏻‍♂️
The ones I need are the same circumference at the end of the jet and the threads, not stepped out after the threads as the picture shows..
Update, was able to source the pilot air jet locally at a nearby motorcycle shop
