I check them all the time and no leaks? I see what you see in the pics but keep in mind this was just after my first ride in 4 months or so.

So basically your saying mine are about to go from what you see?

Unless it's some reflection, there are lots of oily/dirty lines that show where the shock compressed to.

Sliders will be usually be clean. Given how clean you keep the rest of your bike, I'm guessing it's not due to lazy housekeeping.

How are your forks so low OG? I don't see any straps, did you cut them down?

ok, I'll play

totally stock except frame sliders and the previous owner inexplicably stuck a '1000' sticker on the fairing.

No they are not cut;if you look closely you will see the silver tab on the caliper where the strap is attached. Unfortunately I lost all the pics of that bike along with many others when my laptop crashed a few yrs ago,so I grabbed that pic off the web and its been compressed so its not to crisp:sad

It was the most expensive but still my favorite thing I added to the bike for sure Rob :cheers

Believe it or not almost everything on there was either sourced from WERA classifieds or on deep discount off ebay. I'm incredibly averse to paying full retail :lol
