Greetings from UK!

Recently I came up to the common problem on the GSXR 750 K6/7 with the blowing Stator and Rectifier and now I'm trying to find the best solution how to prevent my bike from this issue. I found that on my bike the rectifier and the stator were changed with non oem and visually they look like ElectroSPORT rectifier and stator. There was a pushed back pin in the rectifier connector which caused melting of the female connector on the stator connector, and the stator has some serious black burns on the copper wires inside... Everything is working for now but I would like to replace them and eliminate the risk of having some bad experience on the road.

Please can you suggest some ideas for my questions:
1. What brand rectifier to buy and from where for Europe/UK? Is the OEM more reliable after the rectifier relocation or it still doesn't perform well?
2. I heard about Mosfet type rectifiers. Any issues with them?
3. What brand stator to buy and from where for Europe/UK? OEM or there are better options? Do the copper wires overheat because of the engine temp and how to solve this issue? Any issues reported with oem stator damaged and rectifier in good condition?
4. Why connectors between the rectifier and the stator do melt? Mine melted because of the backout terminal causing high current, but I saw some cases that the connection was fine and the connectors did melt... Is it an issue with the wire gauge size or high resistance in the connections caused by terminal corroding? I'm just wondering if I shall keep the connector interfaces and add anti corrosion lube to keep the circuits clean, or remove the connectors completely and hard solder everything together to eliminate the risk of melted connectors. If the root cause is something else please share your opinion.

I picked up both from Amazon for 100 shipped with gasket, I got the racetech electrics one works fine for me about 1k miles no issues.

IMO you're playing with fire to be using a stator with "serious black burns on the copper wires inside". That generally means that there's some internal shorting, which is not good for the rest of the charging system.

"Do the copper wires overheat because of the engine temp and how to solve this issue?" On the 1000's, and presumably also the others, oil is sprayed through the holes in the rotor to cool the stator. There ought to be a large ENGINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM diagram in your service manual that shows as much.

The contacts normally fail from corrosion. Once they start to go bad, the contact resistance goes up and resistive heating makes things worse. Eastern Beaver sells a sealed connector specifically intended to replace the unsealed OEM connector. Dielectric grease might help a brand new connector but cleaning contacts is generally a waste of time. My mindset is to plug the halves together when new and then not touch it. Replace both sides, not just one.

There's also Race Tech Electric but they're also not in Europe. I'll bet that someone in the UK/Europe does it but I don't know who.
