I have an 07 gsxr600, i rode it 2 times after purchasing it from an individual, noticed the coolant light was on.. added water to the radiator.. opps.. started it to drive it UP my neighbor's driveway and it hydro locked(i know im an idiot) took it to olathe Suzuki, in olathe kansas, said my motor was probably not worth fixing. 12-1600 to replace head gasket.. lol so i did it myself. Pulled the camshaft position sensor plug off (prongs still attached to wires) while putting motor back in, now throwing code c11, c26, c29.. is that all because of one sensor or did i mess something else up??

Get the full list of codes. A big list commonly means that either the 5 V supply or the sensors ground is disconnected somewhere. This causes all powered sensors to give erroneous readings.

How do you know that it hydrolocked? IF it hydrolocked, did you actually inspect all the con rods and valves?

From those codes, you probably just didn't connect the CMP, IAT and STP sensors after reassembly.
