would it be worth plaining my head .010 thousands for more performance?just thinking about it since im taking it apart soon.reason for pulling apart is did a compression check for the heck of it and its aonly 180 psi per cylinder cold.so i figures i would put in new rings.any suggestions would be great thanks.

As stated on other thread about 600, tighten up squish first. You can run these down to 0.024" squish clearance no problem. You could also mill 0.020" off the head too. You may want to look at further work on head and cams if going this far.
