Been a while since I've been on a MX bike. Gonna be hitting up the local central Florida tracks. Here is the one I'm getting. Trading my XR100 mini moto and some cash.

Thanks...looks like I'm missing out on all the fun. Are there any places to simply trail ride? I'm afraid I'd break my leg on the MX track at this stage of my life.

I might squeeze in a bunny hop here and there but that's about it.

Got it. Motor rips and sounds nice and tight. Needs fork seals. All the suspension bearing and steering bearings feel great. Oil is clean. Valves were recently adjusted. Doesn't smoke. Doing the fork seals tomorrow. Will be taking it to the track next weekend weather permitting.

It is nice. The pic doesn't show the little blemishes, you can tell its used for sure, but for a 9 year old bike that I paid $2100 for, it's sweet.

Sweet. I want to pick up a WR250R this year and ride some trails up here in North Jersey mostly, but also be able to zip into NYC with it.

Apparently, you can get just about anything plated. I have a few friends who have crf450r's plated. They find one that never been titled, then get it titled and plated in South Dakota (by mail) with a bill of sale. The title says on road. Then they transfer that title to Florida, and get a Florida title and tag. Not sure if it works in every state.

Very cool ... I dont do jumps or fancy stuff now , just single lane bush trips ... It hurts way more coming off now I'm in my late 30's

Yup. To be fair, it is 9 years old. I'm riding on a sand track, and holding it wide open a lot. The nice thing is I can replace all the moving parts in the engine for under $1000.

The scary part is that it locked up in the air over a very large 4th gear double. :scared
