Hi, i am thinking about going with the PF I seem to hear good things about them, what compound should I run on the front? what should I run on the rear? thanks

P.S this is for mostly street riding, back road twisties.

run stock on the rear.. or whatever is cheapest.. as far as the front goes the best pads out there are the vesrah srjl's.. i used to run pf's but they have nothing compared to the vesrahs..
But he said he was riding only street . . . not sure the srjl's are what he needs.

I've got no experience with Vesrah. I have a lot experience with the PF 95's . . . not a lot of initial bit, but very progressive and give great feel/feedback. I hear the 99's have great initial bite like EBC HH pads, but not a lot of feel. I'm not sure if the 95's or the 99's would be good for street riding though. These pads work much better when they have sustained heat in them.

Good stuff bro . . . but I'm still waitng for that Vesrah contact to get back to me from last year, they're just a little . . . S . . . L . . . O . . . W.

As an aside, I think I'm going to give the Ferodo XR Sintergrip a try, I hear they have both excellent bite and feel.

I run 95's on track and street with no probs. Great feel and initial bite is not harsh. Have you price Vesrah srjl's? They are more than double than other pads. I've seen them for $140 for just the front (I'm not sponsored and no hook up on Vesrah products). The rjl's might be the ticket though.

if you are riding on the street stick with stock pads, they are plenty good and will outlast the race compounds, and if you really think you need more breaking that that offered by the stockers, then take it to the Track and run vesrahs... or PF 95's or vesrahs...

I have not used the vesrahs, YET...For now I will use my SBS Dual Carbons...

Sounds like the "POT" is calling the "KETTLE" black on this one...
I mean look how long it took us to hit the track...
we should've been there long before we got there...

Re: PF 95 or 99 front ? What about the rear, 02 750.

I am going to replace the front pads soon, and may be the rears,I figured I would just upgrade while I am at it, I am open to other sugestions to. Are the pf better the the stock, ebc and the DP brake pads?
