ok, my buddy has an 04 sv 650 and he has an ohlins rear setup on it, now he is selling the bike, and will give me the ohlins rear setup if i find him a stock rear shock....def. not a problem with me.

my ? is are they interchangable. they look to be somewhat looking at pictures side by side...could someone shed some light on this issue....im going to grab the shock regardless whether it fits or not..but i would love to have it on my bike
